She lives near the beautiful Indiana Dunes of Lake Michigan, and is especially active in plein air painting.

About the artist
Although born and educated on the East Coast, Bunny has resided in Indiana for most of her adult life. She began art studies at an early age under the tutelage of Iroka Adachi, who taught classical oil painting.
Moving from New York to Indiana, she joined the Michigan City Art League and learned watercolor technique from accomplished local artists. In recent years, she has been experimenting with abstract and mixed media pieces, and exploring the use of cold wax and oils.
She has been accepted into numerous regional juried shows, and won several awards. Bunny is currently a member of the Duneland Plein Air Painters, the Area Artist Association, and the Michigan City Art League.
Exhibits
Bunny has exhibited at the Art Barn in Valparaiso, the SFC Gallery in Michigan City, the Chesterton Art Center, the Box Factory, the Midwest Museum of American Art, and Moontree Studios.
She is also associated with the Michigan City Art League’s ArtWalk, and her work can be seen at rotating locations through town.
